Dancing offers a positive and fun environment for today’s youth to learn ballroom/social dancing. This class will include dances such as Swing, Foxtrot, Waltz, Cha-Cha, Salsa, Hip-Hop, and more. Dancing also provides great opportunities and benefits for youth. Just think of all of the junior and high school dances, college, career parties, of course, wedding and other social gatherings. Through dancing, kids will gain confidence, social skills, teamwork, coordination, flexibility, rhythm, and will have a lot of fun while getting a great form of exercise.
